Terms & Conditions - The Basics
By scheduling a service with Modern Sun Solutions (MSS), you agree to the following terms. All estimates are free and valid for 30 days, with final pricing subject to on-site conditions. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid a potential fee. Clients are responsible for preparing window areas prior to installation; delays due to unprepared spaces may result in additional charges. Our work is backed by a limited manufacturer’s warranty covering issues like peeling or bubbling under normal conditions, though damage caused by improper care or third-party interference may void the warranty. MSS is not liable for pre-existing glass damage or issues resulting from misuse after installation. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws, HOA rules, or building codes. All customer information is kept private, and communications will only relate to your project. With consent, completed project photos may be used in our marketing without revealing personal details. These terms may be updated at any time and are available upon request.
